All bags, shoes, and accessories are authenticated through professional authentication service providers Entrupy, Authentic Detective, Real Authentication, Zeko's Authentication, and other similar services. A printed or digital certificate will be included with every order.

Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of all bags, shoes, watches, and accessories with a 100% refund for up to one year from the purchase date.

In the rare event that an item you purchased from us was incorrectly authenticated, you will be provided a full refund with the provision of two documented authentication results from reliable third-party services to support your claim within one calendar year of purchase.

Diamonds 

All diamonds and custom jewelry orders will be fulfilled by our GIA certified gemologist and jewelry partner (Sampsons), and are guaranteed to be authentic. Diamonds will always include their corresponding diamond report or certificate from the GIA or IGI. See their return policy for more details.
