All bags and accessories will be shipped from Canada within one week, with tracking and 100% insurance coverage.

You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note you may be required to pay tariffs, duties, or taxes as required by the destination country's government prior to receiving your delivery.

If you'd like us to delay shipping or make special arrangements for you, please send us an email.

Information on this page does not apply to diamond orders, which are fulfilled through our jeweler (Sampsons) with applicable fees.

Canada & USA 

We are happy to offer free shipping via UPS. Deliveries typically arrive within 3-10 business days depending on location. All orders are shipped with signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase.

Local Pick Up

If you reside in or will be in Vancouver, BC, and would like to pick up your order after purchase, please select "Pick up" at checkout and email us at shop@finerthingsluxe.com to make arrangements.

International Orders

We are happy to ship to all countries for a flat rate of $30 USD. We will require signature upon delivery when available. Our preferred courier is UPS, however, we may use a different courier depending on service availability. 

International orders are usually delivered within 10-15 business days depending on the destination.

All delivery standard estimates are provided by couriers and may be delayed by factors outside of our control such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or customs processing at the destination country.
