All orders* will be processed and shipped from Canada within one week. You will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number. For orders shipping outside Canada, additional import duties and taxes may apply (see below).

Tariffs & Import Duties

Please note you may be required to pay additional government taxes, import duties, and/or applicable courier brokerage fees to receive your order. Import duties and taxes are collected by the courier on behalf of the destination country's government and are the customer's responsibility to pay in a timely manner to avoid delays. Our store does not collect these fees.

Orders shipped within Canada will not be charged import duties (taxes still apply).

Refusal of Delivery

If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned to us due to non-delivery, a restocking fee of 100 USD will apply per item. See our Return Policy for details.

Local Pick Up

To pick up your order in Vancouver, BC (Canada), please select "Pick up" at checkout and send us an email to arrange your pick up time.

 

*Information on this page does not apply to diamond orders, which are fulfilled through our jeweler (Sampsons) with applicable fees.

**All delivery standard estimates are provided by couriers and may be delayed by factors outside of our control such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or customs processing at the destination country. Late payment of any import fees and taxes owed may also delay delivery.
