All orders* will be shipped from Canada within one week. You will receive a shipping notification via email with your tracking number.

Duties & Customs Charges

Please note you may be required to pay tariffs, duties, or taxes as required by the destination country's government prior to receiving your delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by our store. 

Refusal of Delivery

If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned to us due to non-delivery, a restocking fee of 100 USD will apply per item. See our Return Policy for details.

Local Pick Up

If you reside in or will be in Vancouver, BC, and would like to pick up your order after purchase, please select "Pick up" at checkout and email us at shop@finerthingsluxe.com to arrange your pick up time.

If you'd like us to delay shipping or make special arrangements for you, please send us an email.
