We are committed to providing our valued clients with a positive experience shopping with us, please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have any concerns about your order.

As a small business, our resources are limited and all items are final sale with exceptions covered by our Authenticity Guarantee.

Please carefully consider every detail of each item shown in the listing's images and description. We do our best to accurately document each piece's condition and appearance, and welcome any requests for additional information or photos before you make a purchase. All items are inspected before being listed on our website and before shipping.

Items Not As Described

If you are unhappy with your order due to a discrepancy not displayed or described in a product listing, we would be happy to accept a return of your purchase in its original condition - please reach out to us within one week (7 days) of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

Refusal of Delivery / Non-Delivery Returns

If a delivery is refused by the customer, or returned to us due to non-delivery or failure to reschedule or pick up a delivery from the courier pick up point after numerous attempts and reminders from the courier, a restocking fee of 100 USD per item will be applied. This covers the costs incurred by our business for shipping the order to you, return postage, and platform transaction fees. The amount paid for your order minus the restocking fee will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the returned package.

Diamonds

All diamonds and custom jewelry orders will be fulfilled by our GIA certified gemologist and jewelry partner (Sampsons). See their return policy for more details.
