How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to pack and ship all orders as soon as possible, however, processing may take up to one week for busy periods as a small business.

Do I have to pay duties for my order?
We are based in Canada, and orders delivered to other countries may be charged tariffs, import duties, or taxes, depending on the destination country.

Can I purchase something before a drop is live?
No - if an item is part of a scheduled drop, it will not be available to purchase on our website until the drop.
How can I purchase the item I want before it sells out on drop day?
Some pieces are in high demand and sell immediately after being available on our website. If an item is in multiple carts, it will be sold to the first customer who completes the entire check out process.
We recommend visiting our home page at the exact drop time, and having all your check out information ready (contact information, shipping and billing address, and payment details). Please review the product listing before making any purchases!
Why do you use USD prices on social media if you are based in Canada?
Our store inventory is managed in USD - we display prices in this currency on social media to maintain accuracy.
When you visit our website, prices will be displayed in your local currency (if Shopify, our store platform, supports it) and may fluctuate based on current conversion rates.
